My client is looking for an English graduate with some B2B or technology industry experience with interest in the IT sector.

This role is on a 6 month contract, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Able to work on multiple references at the same time
  • Taking ownership of the end to end reference process
  • Building of Bid Library material for our Framework submissions.
  • Working with the Framework specialists to identify the content required to be held in the repository
  • Tagging of data, including key words, formatting before upload to an appropriate standard
  • Rewriting content from contributors to ensure a single voice
  • Ensure documents have review cycles and owners responsible for each given document
  • Ensure the content submitted and accepted conforms to the quality and standards
  • Write up the reference details to an appropriate standard

Skills Required:

  • Good people skills
  • Ability to use all Microsoft Office Packages
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, running to tight deadlines
  • Confident to speak with people from all levels within the business
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to be a good team player
