Skills and Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of the following:
- SQL databases
- MS Access
- Interfaced environments (XML, SSI)
- VBA
- ERP system flows
- Service desk environments
- Communication skills to build the relationships with users, colleagues and stakeholders
- Technical knowledge to individually identify, trace and resolve problems
- A curiosity and drive to understand our business and improve our processes
- Demonstrable skills in planning, analysis, development, testing and implementation of IT programs
- Experience of manufacturing environments is desirable
