Description
Manning Global is currently looking for a number of O&M Support Engineers for one of our clients, a leading international Telecommunications Company in Belgium.Fluency in English and French or Dutch/Flemish is requested for this position.
Main responsibilities include:
• BTS/BSS trouble shooting during Roll-Out
• Fault diagnostics
• Issue trouble ticket (fault correction ticket, SLA tracking)
• Simple trouble shooting with site technician
• Site status updated and report output daily
• Daily KPI review
• Maintenance of the sites already integrated and escalating to required L2 teams
• Onsite and remote support
Reporting
• Site status update day by day
• Status of sites under maintenance
• Troubleshooting tickets reports
• Other additional information will depend on the project requirements during deployment.
