We provide Private duty services customized to the unique needs of our patients and their families.
We have an IMMEDIATE NEED for Home Care Aides to work days, nights or around the clock, a few days a week or a few hours a day. West Side and East Side cases currently available. Our team provides respite for caregivers.
Concierge Home Care Aides provide the following excellent service:
*Personal Care Assistance
*Companionship
*Meal preparation
*Light Housekeeping
*Medication Management
*Medical Appointments
*Chronic Disease Care
*Errands.Shopping and more
Premium Pay (1099) for Concierge Home Care cases.
The Home Care Aide, a paraprofessional worker, performs personal care and homemaking services in the homes of elderly clients.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Must have home health certification or STNA including 75 hours of clinical training and be able to pass competency evaluation. Previous home care aide experience preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with elderly clients and their caregivers.
Three references, criminal background check and drug test required. Reliable transportation also required. EOE.
