Senior Agile Coach - Daily Rate Contract - Dublin City Centre

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate appreciation of the depths of agile practices and principles and helps the teams appreciate them.
Articulate and help leaders at all levels of the organization, both business and technology, to understand the benefits of working agile.
Coach and mentor others. Support and train team members to optimize their absorption of agile and internalize the methodology. Enable development of self-sustaining agile teams.
Drive organizational change, in addition to agile best practices and capabilities within the team, enabling the team to adopt and take ownership of their individual roles.
Support team cohesiveness and enable Scrum Master, Product Owner and other roles to effectively perform their roles.
Help support agile tool adoption and consistent utilization, in partnership with the Tools & Process Engineering team.
Ensure consistency across the teams, in collaboration with Transformation Partner and Application Delivery leaders.
Raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from the teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years technology experience, with at least 5+ years direct experience in Agile Delivery and Coaching
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Rally Agile Development Software, Kanban and Lean highly preferable
Experience performing these roles in the insurance/financial services industry, in a multi-national organization highly preferable
Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner highly preferable
Knowledge of the software development life cycle
Has faced difficult challenges, organizational impediments, and has become a coach to managers and other outsiders in the course of addressing them
Passionate about communication, group dynamics and coaching others
Strong collaboration and influencing skills; Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
