Customer Service Agent

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent based in Northampton on an initial 4 week contract for a large IT service provider to work on one of their busy service/help desks.

The ideal candidate will have a very good telephone manor with customer service experience and a good attention to detail.

Skills:

  • Windows/Microsoft Office exp
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and an excellent team player.
  • Well organised and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Eye for detail
  • Excellent written skills
  • Fast learner
  • Reliable
