Your New role :-
We are looking for 2 Windows System Engineers specialized with Active Directory
Windows Active Directory (AD) is the directory service developed by Microsoft for Windows Domain networks and is included in all recent Windows Operating Systems. AD can be considered as the cornerstone on which security of the Windows environment is build. For this reason our client has a very sensitive area and is looking for a specialist for managing the implementation of Active Directory services for its different clients and maintaining it operational and up to date.
As an expert in the area of AD for our client and its clients, you are managing the AD infrastructure:
- You are in charge of installations, updates and migrations of the infrastructure used for AD.
- You are able to give the end-to-end support and are accountable for the infrastructure part.
- You are responsible that the implemented architecture is meeting the services and services levels requested by our clients clients.
This position is based in Luxemburg but a strong interaction with the Brussels AD team is required. One week on duty every 3 weeks will be required.

Windows AD Specialist:
The Windows Active Directory Specialist : you are expert in the Active Directory Domain, you have a profound knowledge of the major Windows Operating System versions for servers (W2008/W2012 ) and workstations ( W7.x, W8.x ).
You have a good understanding of Windows Security and related components like Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Kerberos and Directory Name Systems and services.

Technical competences
- You have a good knowledge about Windows Server OS (versions ).
- You understand the LDAP protocol and know the ins and outs of DNS.
- You have a profound technical knowledge in the area of Windows Security and in the products used to implement and/or enforce security policies.
- You understand the specific terminology used in the active directory world (forest/domains/trusts) and common security (users/groups/acls/tokens)
- You have at least 3 years ICT experience in a big enterprise and have a knowledge of networking components (proxy servers, firewalls, virtual private networking, domain name services) and of the IP protocol.
- You know how to develop PowerShell scripts and/or vbscript.
- You have knowledge of and experience with security aspects like encryption, certificates, Kerberos and other authentication methods.

- You are proactive, autonomous, communicative.
- You can work in an autonomous way but you also have the team spirit.
- You follow continually the technical evolutions and you enlarge your knowledge and are able to build a personal network to reach out.
- You have a good analytical sense.
- You are a strong communicator.
