Description
* Carry out routine performance maintenance, qualifications, emergency repairs and technical support on instruments* Managing own dispatch, customer calls, admin & inventory
* Coordination within lab instrument or IT related incidents and service delivery requirements
* Stock follow up, inventory management and documentation of lab service demands
* Proven Service experience (preventive/curative maintenance) on basic Waters LC systems
* Education/experience/affinity with chemistry & instrument software
* Hands on and self-education attitude. Problem solving skills
* Dutch speaking and excellent English language skills required
* Experience with LC-MS/Masslynx and expertise in area of analytical and preparative chromatography are a plus
