IT & Network Support Analyst (MCP/CCNA) - Hampshire IT & Network Support Analyst (MCP/CCNA) - Hampshire. My client urgently requires an experienced IT & Network Support Analyst to assist the support team to with day-to-day duties and perform level 1 technical diagnostics on Service Requests and allocate/escalate to level 2 support specialists or other SDO's if necessary. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Previous experience of working in a front-line technical IT support environment, MCP certifications in Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure and ISA Server 2004, is desirable, Basic understanding of Microsoft Business Server services (Exchange, Sharepoint, IIS, IAS, ISA, SQL, RRAS, NLBS preferable),Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience desirable, Basic understanding of Network Topology to include function of Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Circuits etc is desirable, Basic understanding of Network Security to include function of Firewalls is desirable, Experienced in ITIL best practices and holding an ITIL Foundation certification as a minimum, Experience of using a CRM system (e.g. Remedy, HP Service Desk, Siebel, Service Now) is desirableGehalt: £130 - £170 per day
