Financial and Operational Management - Banking IT Financial and Operational Management - Banking ITBusiness Manager required to provide the financial and operational management of the IT group with my City based Tier One Investment Bank.Duties for the successful candidate will include:Financial Management * Participation in the annual budget process for the group (Avg size group EUR40m) and ongoing quarterly reviews* Monthly financial reporting, forecasting and analysis * Ensuring accurate inter-company charges to Front Office clients * Escalating and communicating significant cost variances exceeding thresholds.* Involvement in monitoring work of Moscow support for Invoice Processing, Reporting and administration of internal billing / time recording system Operational Management * Interface Management - key liaison with Front Office client groups, management of allocations * Headcount resources planning, tracking and allocation* Investment Governance process around change the bank spend* Status reviews on key IT programsAll applicants will have worked in a business management or controlling function in the finance industry and have solid experience and understanding of accounting principles.
