Business Analyst / SAP ECC6 SD / Requirements Gathering / Business Analysis / HANA / BW / MI / SAP / London / Contract / Temp to Perm option£350 - £400 per day

I am working with a leading Oil and Gas business who is looking to hire a couple of SAP Business Analysts on a contract basis for six months with the potential to extend or offer a permanent contract thereafter.
SAP Business Analyst Specification:
*An IT background - or a strong appreciation for IT in order to be able to translate between IT and business teams
*Experience of working in a global business environment/different cultures
*Ability to truly understand business drivers in strongly technical oriented organization
*Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and balancing multiple priorities
*Able to build effective working relationships, understanding the business drivers and individual needs to create significant business value
*Strong facilitation skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
*Experience in business case development and valuation assessment
*Able to work with limited supervision
*Pro-active and self-motivated, committed to achieving deadlines and results
*Organized and methodical, eye for detail
*Several years of experience in business analysis techniques (certification is desirable but not required)
*A desire to move to a permanent role at the end of the contract period (subject to performance) Other competencies which may help the candidate
*A good understanding of Oil & Gas industry is a plus, but we're more interested in finding strong analysts than those with prior knowledge of the business domain.
*Experienced virtual team worker
*Good knowledge of SAP ECC6 SD functionality would help but is not essential
*Previous exposure to Offer to Cash, Retail and Sales reporting, preferably in a business role - deep knowledge of business processes in Offer to Cash and Sales is desired
*Exposure to the IT architecture of Global Commercial and Retail organisations
*Knowledge of HANA, BW, MI and Analytics technologies
