Test Team Leader - Agile, SDLC, Systems Testing, SI, Selenium, JavaOne of Talent's leading clients is urgently looking for several Test Team Leaders/Test Managers due to ongoing success and expansion!
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven test management/test team leading experience
- Proven hands-on testing experience
- A proven career in Software Testing including Systems Testing, Systems Integration Testing, Web Testing etc.
- A strong working knowledge of the full SDLC
- Experience working on large-scale development and testing programmes
- A strong working knowledge of Java
- A strong working knowledge of Test Automation using Selenium
- Experience in a service delivery environment
- A strong working background in Agile, SCRUM and Kanban
- Experience supporting the definition and implementation of test strategies and test plans
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience
- A passion for testing
- A passion for Agile
