Desktop Support Analyst - 1st & 2nd Line Support - Contract - LondonTalent are currently working with a FTSE 100 organisation that is looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst to support their Executive Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high level of hardware, application and service support on all IT requests.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting activities and delivering a high quality support service to staff;
- Providing support to deliver Skype Broadcast calls;
- Providing first line and second line support queries.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with Office 365, Skype for Business and Apple Macs;
- Excellent communication skills;
- An understanding of complex business problems and requirements
