Data Analyst, SQL, T-SQL - Birmingham City CentreTalent are working with a regulatory body that is looking to recruit a Data Analyst on an initial 6 month contract. Based in central Birmingham, this is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation as they deliver one of the largest, most complex transformation programmes in the region.
The organisation is moving their entire core platform to Microsoft technologies and we're engaged to develop the data migration workstream. As the Data Analyst involved in the Data Migration, you'll play a key role in the project by:
- Creating a Data Discovery package
- Developing Data Validation scripts/tools
- Developing Data Extraction scripts
- Developing Reconciliation scripts
- Developing Data Obfuscation routines
- Implementing cleansing policies and routines with support from BA's and DQT
- Implementing Master Data logic
- Performing unit testing
Please note, due to the complexity and specialist nature of this role we can only consider candidates who have:
- Previously worked on data migrations;
- Strong financial background
- SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
- Strong CRM
- Strong Biztalk
- A track record of data profiling and analysis;
- Expert knowledge of T-SQL and SQL in general.
This is an urgent requirement and the client will be looking to interview as soon as possible.The role is offered on a contract basis for a period of 26 weeks at a rate of up to £400 a day.
