The Company
ConSol Partners client is a Cisco Gold Partner who are currently looking for a Network Architect who is specialised in ACI to join the team in North Netherlands. The Network Architect will be working on a contract basis which holds great potential add value to your already strong skill set and experience. You will be offered an initial 6 months initial contract with extension possible on a successful completion of the initial contract.

Responsibilities
As a Network Architect at ConSol Partners client, you will understand the business requirements and translate them into technical network solutions.
You will be taking the technical lead in the project and will be response for the following:
- Design and plan the Datacentre network. This will be in an optimal and cost effective way, whilst being within the technical guidelines.
- You will produce network solutions and designs, implementation/migration plans and documents taking into account all related network elements.
- Carry out network implementations and migrations and handover the new networks to Operations and to 3rd parties
- The Network Architect will review and validate design and migration plans.
Skill and Experience
- Solid knowledge in Cisco ACI (This is a MUST have). Previous project related experience in both high level and low level designs.
- Strong knowledge of ISP Datacentre Design with special focus on IP Networks, Security and Application Delivery Solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Cisco and Nexus platforms.
- Strong knowledge ISP Systems, Mail platforms, DNS, DHCP, IT systems, DTV Back End environments.
- Strong knowledge of Checkpoint Firewalls
- Strong knowledge of Remote Access Solutions (Checkpoint Connectra/EndPoint Connect)
- Strong knowledge of F5 LTM/Viprion
- Strong knowledge in Routing and Switching
- Good Experience with Unix Systems and Scripting languages
- Expert user of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite and Visio
