Description
Responsibility includes
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics and technology teams.
- Validate solution components and provide trainings to user base.
- Ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
- Structure and implement marketing tests to drive optimisation (eg, test creative, copy, audience segments, triggers, etc.)
- Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with global opt-in laws and regulations
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects.
- Regularly audit the system, and execute deprecation processes for major objects, Reports & Dashboards, etc.
Essential skills
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM, email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements.
- Experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM, CMS and other systems.
- Creative problem solver and out of the box thinker who can effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
- Experience managing and triaging user submitted issues via ticketing system(s).
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Credentials and Attributes
- 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Admin
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
- Highly effective, pro-active, stakeholder, customer and vendor collaboration skills.
- Capable of remaining positive when under pressure.
- Inspiring, collaborative and agile approach.

- Agile certification. Certified Safe Agilist (SA) preferred.
