Description

One of my government clients is looking for an ITIL Change Manager for a 1 year contract with possible extension, based in Burwood.

You will lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changes according to ITIL guidelines.

The skills and experience required for this role are as below:
1. 3 years + experience as an ITIL Change Manager
2. Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, operating systems and software
3. Knowledge and experience in Configuration and Release Management processes
4. Knowledge and experience in Remedy is highly desired

In addition to the above, having great communication, excellent eye for detail and ability to engage various stakeholders and vendors across all levels is essential to be successful in this role.
