Unified Communications Engineer (Day rate contract)
City West Dublin
6 month contract
Purpose of role:
To implement & support Cisco UC Solutions.
Customer Driven activity.
Some customer facing onsite work
Large UC comms Contacts & Data Centre Bank Customer Flagships. Indigenous.
Day to Day work:
Design & Lead the projects (Team do the implementation) Core network designed, each store lead engineer. Support the rollout.
Skills:
UC Focused. Routing/Switching, appreciation of Firewalls not direct work on this or DC.
Security DC/Firewalls (DC + Security ether or with appreciation of the other.
RSA, Security, Cisco CCSP.
CCNP Area of Expertise, 5-10 years experience on voice Systems Cisco voice. Contact Centre Express.
Nexus Technology Core technology
5+ years hands on experience implementing and supporting Ciscos UC product line
Desirable Skills:
PMP Structure.
Appreciation of ITIL, knowing how to document
Essential - Telecoms Similar UC. 5-10 years in voice systems
