Description Position Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition organization at my client is a fast-paced, highly motivated team of professionals focused on bringing in the highest level of talent to help drive the business forward while delivering a best in class candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a Strategic Talent Advisor to partner with the business on the end to end hiring process and experience our client. The role provides an opportunity to influence the talent landscape of the client.

Core Duties

Engage and partner with the hiring manager/business unit leader to understand hiring requirements, complete the talent request briefing/Intake sessions setting realistic expectations and education on the end to end hiring process at our client

Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.

Coach and guide hiring manager on Talent Acquisition related policies, processes and interview skills.

Monitor and ensure 100% compliance of hiring process activities including KROLL/HireRight/Sterling background checks, skills survey assessment and our clients account review process and resolve any discrepancies that may arise prior to completion of the hiring process.

Ensure all coordination activity is consistent and compliant with Global/Regional clients policies as appropriate and all agreed activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner eg: ATS updates, job postings, compliance, interview scheduling, assessments, reporting and any other activities relating to the hiring process.

Proactively generate candidate pipeline through a range of sourcing channels for all open requisitions utilizing the most effective and cost efficient sourcing methods available.

Conduct on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with employment agencies, colleges, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified candidates.

Assist in identifying, organizing and attending job fairs/career events as appropriate on behalf of our client

Conduct thorough pre-screen activities in line with our clients job requirements, presents a shortlist and recommendations of the most suitable candidates for consideration for assigned requisitions.

Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the clients compensation and benefits guidelines.

Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition related projects of varying complexity, importance and priority.

Contribute to the development of the annual Talent Acquisition planning, budgeting and strategy development.

Represent the Talent Acquisition team positively in relationships and communication with the Human Resource Business Partner's (HRBP's), MyHR, Centers of Expertise (COE's), business leaders and with other Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team members.

Proven record of building and managing relationships with internal and external customers including business partners, users, vendors, project teams and management leaders demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and discretion.

Deep Talent Acquisition best practice expertise, broad organizational knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems, legislative regulations and labor market trends.

Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature, whilst ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management.

Accomplished written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate and deal with all levels in the organization in a clear, timely and effective manner.

Multi-lingual capabilities may be required according to region and position.

Customer-focused with ability to positively champion the clients organization internally and externally.

Resilient and self-confident with the ability to think on your feet while under pressure.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.

Strong technical and systems aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience Educational Requirements

Relevant recruiting experience (specialist and/or senior level hiring) preferably gained within a global Internet company, E-commerce or financial services environment typically required.

Experience using a hiring applicant tracking system - ideally Kenexa Brassring

Deep sourcing, interview, assessment and selection experience.

Degree or Certificate in business administration, HR, or other related field.

Talent Request Briefing - conduct a meeting for all unique requisitions ensuring to maximise the opportunity to get as much information about the position and influence the Hiring Manager and process.

Candidate Generation - pipeline management through a range of sourcing channels for all open requisitions utilizing the most effective and cost efficient sourcing methods available.

Hiring Experience - Manage positive relationship with candidates during the hiring process, ensure candidates are fully prepared for all interview stages and updated on all statuses of the hiring process. Ensure a positive hiring experience for all involved in the interview process through collaboration with both internal and external customers of the process.

Job Posting Management - ensure that your roles are posted to the appropriate job portals, updated regularly, reviewed and represent the clients brand professionally with no errors or formatting issues. Review job descriptions and make improvements where appropriate

Applicant Tracking System Administration (Workday) - manage the process through the systems and ensure it is updated live time for ease of use by the Hiring Manager via the dashboard. Trouble shoot as necessary

Interview Process - guardian and promoter of best practice interview process and excellent service

Internal Mobility - promote fair practices and the internal talent pipeline for open requisitions

Relocation Support - manage the relocation process to the clients standards and policy

Vendor Management - selection, negotiation and management of an appropriate vendor for services

Compliance - ensure 100% compliance with Kroll, Skills Survey, Account, Assessments and any other agreed service levels, monitor and address non-compliance where required.

Offer/On-boarding Process -.ensure any on-going or complex offer/on-boarding issues are dealt with and resolved
