One of my government clients is looking for a Senior Operations Improvement Manager for a 1 year contract with possible extension, based in Sydney CBD. You will identify and drive multiple and diverse operations improvement projects in the maintenance division, which are deriving from the organisation's major change plans and strategies.
The skills and experience required for this role are as below:
1. Strong asset and infrastructure maintenance experience
2. Knowledge of Rail Technology
3. Demonstrated skills and experience in project management
4. Management experience
4. Tertiary qualification in Engineering discipline
In addition to the above, you will need to have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to communicate and work with various stakeholders.
