Are you an expert within Merger and Acquisitions across the UK Market?
Looking for a new contract opportunity within a multi-million pound technology company?
Working within the aviation industry, this is a huge brand that is going through multiple acquisitions and keen to add a subject matter expert into their team to co-ordinate the best way to move forward with this and actually provide strategic advisory. As a business they are focused on engineering a unique and disruptive on and offline marketing and sales platform that will create a seamless customer and business process experience globally
This is an initially a 6 month contract looking for someone to start ASAP, working within cutting edge offices in central London!
Key things this person will need:
- Extensive experience working within Mergers and Acquisitions from the buying side who can valuate businesses and scope a strategic opportunity
- A background with software or platform focused businesses are need for this role
- Any experience working on the buy side and exploiting a software post sale and growing the purchased company's assets would be perfect for this role
- This role would be focused on UK based acquisition however experience of analysing and appraising M&A on a global scale is also needed
This is a 6 month initial contract, looking to pay £425 - £475 per day based in central London!
