Description
Job Purpose
To provide functional expertise to support the test, cutover readiness and post go-live phases of the HR/Payroll Release To support the change management activities pre and post go-live and to act as a conduit between the technical project team, the Change Management and the business stakeholders
Work with SI and functional counterparts to provide best practice input and incorporate this into business process designs and Work Instructions Support the data cleansing and mapping activities as part of Mock Data Conversions, Payroll Parallel Runs and cutover Support testing and issue resolution during User Acceptance testing and PPR Support the training process through reviewing the relevant materials and supporting the training delivery Participate in business change initiatives (eg walkthroughs, impact sessions, road shows etc.) Act as Boost Super User during and after Deployment
Provide effective support to enable the exit from test phase into cutover for Release 3 Support HRSS, Payroll and end users in cutover readiness activities Engagement with business resources to support cutover and change management activities Support HRSS, Payroll teams and business users post go-live
Experience
Must have experience of a HR/Payroll Oracle implementation
