Description
The ideal Admin/Application Officer (Remedy) will possess these core skills:
- Knowledge about Unix/Linux, SQL-queries (Oracle, MySQL).
- Experience with network inventory systems or DCIM applications
- Hands on experience with network equipment (Preferably)
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication skills
Based in Amsterdam, as an Admin/Application Officer (Remedy) your day to day activities would include collecting requirements from the business concerning network inventory related activities, storing user requests and project activities by using Service Management Systems (Remedy) and Jira project management systems. You will also be asked to monitor daily running of imported jobs and analyse data from running imports and find solutions to improve the data quality.
