For our prestigious client based in Warwickshire, I am looking for Finance Project Analyst (contract)
Duration: 9 months
Daily rate: £280 per day - £325 per day
Responsibilities:
*Supporting capex and PO submissions;
*Providing support and challenge to stakeholders during project execution and any required re-scoping;.Undertake data analytics within projects to support decision making;
*Ensuring that financial information (plan, actuals and forecast) within business cases and project life cycle are accurately tracked and reported;
*Pro-actively assesses, highlights and escalates risks, significant variances or other matters of concern to the relevant stakeholders;
*Ensuring associated decommissioning plans are understood and Operational Finance team are kept up-to-date with plans that impact assets held by Global IT;
*Ensuring that the working framework for project benefit tracking is in place and operational for applicable projects;
*Ensuring that key stakeholders are updated on a projects with subsequent impacts on BAU activities (eg FP&A or Commercial);
*Ensuring that project reporting is accurately maintained within Clarity system and taking corrective and remediating action to ensure costs reported are accurate;
*Attendance at relevant governance and project meetings to provide finance support and challenge.

3. Great communicator;
4. Nice to have - a formal Financial certification like (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or finance degree).
