The person will perform technical project management and planning of contact center systems based on the company product and other platforms/solutions in our operating environment.
Requirements:
The assignment includes the following examples of work moments
- Write design specification
- Development of timetables
- Participation in project planning
- Coordination of technical resources in projects
- Responsibility for ordering development environment, test environment, production environment
- Make suggestions on the efficiency of our operating environment
- Participate in deployments
