Genesys Implementation required for a project with a globally operating business based in Malmo, Sweden.

The client is embarking a project to implement Genesys as a global communication platform for 31 Customer Support Centers globally.They will work with a System Integrator for the implementation, but will also build up internal competence on the platform. This Request is for a Solution Development Lead who will work as one of two deputys to the internal Project Manager with responsibility to manage the solution development by day-to-day governing the System Integrator and the team working with requirements, test, infrastructure and solution transition.
Requirements:
The task for this assignment is to support the company with the following areas:
- Participate in securing effective contracts with System Integrator.
- Day-to-day management of Solution Development team, including governance of System Integrator.
- Co-ordination with various stakeholders to secure dependencies.
- Close co-operation with Business Transformation and Rollout team.
- Report progress and status to the internal Project Manager.
- Support the internal Project Manager in general Project Management activities.
Knowledge:
- Project Management of implementing standard products in global enterprise environments.
- Effective vendor management.
- Stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in:
- Long experience from implementation of large scale standard products.
- Preferably experience from Genesys implementation.
- Managing vendors through contracts and milestones.

There is no expectation of overtime or on-call work.
