Fix consultant/FIX SME/FIX specialist/FIX analyst/FIX project manager/FIX Connectivity/Financial Exchange Messaging
A global leading Financial Institution, are in the market for a Fix Specialist. They are looking for someone with practical analysis, deployment and project experience to be an all-round FIX SME going forward.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of existing FIX protocols
- Working with FIX
- Overseeing the project from a PM perspective
- Hands on testing for FIX
- Direct interaction with clients
- This is not a software development or engineering role.
Requirements
- Recent hands on experience with preferably FIX, but XML would also work
- Ability to work in Unix/Linux as part of the testing/troubling shooting process
- Ability to interact, oversee the requirements through testing/certification of the MIFID II enhancements with multiple concurrent Bloomberg clients
- A bachelor's degree in information systems or a related technology field, or relevant work experience
- Expertise with message protocols including FIX .
- Experience in UNIX and Linux operating systems and commands, t-shooting LAN/WAN and in Middleware connectivity (TCP/IP. MQ, UDP)
