Description

Our fast-expanding technology client is looking for a flexible, pragmatic business process and procedure author to document a wide range of business policies, processes and procedures, predominately from scratch. Once up and running, there is the opportunity to work 1-2 days from home each week if desired.

What's needed?

  • Solid writing experience.
  • A good background in creating business policies, processes and procedures from scratch (ideally in a technology company).
  • A flexible, proactive and pragmatic approach is essential.
  • The ability to have flexible conversations with people and reach practical solutions.
  • Process analysis and re-engineering experience is ideal - if you can suggest a more efficient process that's great.
  • Solid MS skills - Word, Visio and SharePoint.
  • The ability to talk to technical and business people alike.
