Senior Front End Developer is required for an initial 3 month contract in London for a large private medical communications company
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Front End Developer
The successful Senior Front End Developer will be:
- Working to support creation, development, implementation of internal and external websites/web solutions for hand held devices (specifically focusing on eLearning programs
- Contribute to project design, particularly in relation to user-ability and user interaction across multiple platforms
- Working on maintaining internal & external web based programs, troubleshooting where appropriate
- Suggest practical solutions to improve and develop, ultimately contributing to the implementation of process changes and new process implementation
- Shows initiative and passion to advance the Application Development teams offerings
Essential Front End Development Skills:
- JavaScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Angular 2
Desirable Front End Development experience:
- Working with frameworks such as ReactJS, Ember or Backbone
- Angular 4
- Experience working with common build tools such as Grunt, Node or Bower
- Continuous integration
- TDD, Pair Programming, Test frameworks eg Mocha, Jasmine, QUnit
- Understanding of Object Orientated and Design patterns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of managing working on multiple projects with the ability to prioritise and work to deadline
- Attention to detail with evidence of producing work to a high standard
