Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Senior Project Manager to join a prestigious client located in Mechelen, Belgium. This is a contract position with a duration of 3 months. Please note: This role will start on the .Our Client :-
Our client is a company run by the Flemish government in Belgium to provide public transportation with about 3650 buses and 359 trams.
Your New role :-
Managing current projects in the digital transformation of a number of business processes that are situated within the functional domain Marketing and Sales, together with the business project manager. Project innovation of projects.
The following tasks / competencies are necessary:
- leading a project team of 8 ICT employees and motivating and stimulating them
- monitoring the scope, budget, timing and quality of the assigned projects
- managing and managing risks and issues
- excellent oral and written communication skills for communication within the ICT project team as well as with the business, suppliers, senior management
- coaching skills
- knowledge of planning techniques
- Clarity knowledge is a plus
- knowledge of the Prince 2 methodology
Given the nature and context of the projects, it is a must to have knowledge and experience with an Agile approach.
