Service characteristics- Title: IT SFDC Consulting & Design for CRM
- Location: Sant Cugat (some Remote possible but need to be onsite when required)

- End date: mid 2018
- Travel : No travel initially planned <10%
Background / Context
Due to a high workload, RDC is looking to have external support of an experienced SFDC professional with technical background and Project Management skills. Some critical deliverables have to be finalized before the end of 2017; also some initial work needs to be started for projects scheduled to run in 2018.
The aim of the service is to work closely with the CRM Solution Architect and the Head of CRM, Platform and Services in order to transfer some activities and delegate some planning activities and have full overview on all projects.
Service description
- Having full overview of the SFDC platform and the core modules (Service, Sales and Marketing)
- Validate the effort estimations coming from the external implementation partners.
- Assessment of activities
- Interaction with Stakeholders to gather requirements (Business, IT, Partners)
- Ensuring partners respect timelines, scope and defined budget
- Assisting to finalize the critical deadlines of this year
- Planning and Defining Scope for 2018 projects
- Activity Planning and Sequencing
Requisites
- Profile - Intermediate 2-5 Years
- PM experience with IT projects is a must
- Sales Force (SFDC) & CRM Knowledge is a must. (Admin or Development certificates highly recommended) (+3 years of experience in SFDC implementations)
- Good knowledge of the Service, Sales and marketing Cloud modules.
- Planning, Structure, Organization skills (Basics PM skills)
- Stakeholder Management - Business & External partners are the two SH to be managed.
- Fluent English Written and verbal is a must
