Description
Initial 6 month contract with a major global company in Dublin city centre for a test engineer with strong Base24 experience. Work across several major projects within a multidisciplinary team.
- Review business requirements and functional specifications as requested and provide feedback to test manager/test lead
- Develop test plans, test objectives, input test data, and expected results relating to test phase test plans
- Provide testing statistics/metrics and status to test manager/test lead as required
- Adherence to all testing processes and methodologies
- Execute test plans and record results (including re-test of defects)
- Record defects and issues in accordance with the project's defect and issue management plans and participate in washups as required
- Work with the application team (both business and development teams) to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process in agreement with test manager/test lead
