Description
Our client, a large UK financial services organisation, require the services of a HR Programme Management consultant for an initial 6 month piece of work based out of their Chester, London or Bristol offices. The successful candidate will work across all aspects of the People Workstream covering; Organisational Design, working with SME's/workstream leads and other internal teams to shape plans and approaches ensuring consistency.
In order to be considered for this particular role, you must be able to demonstrate the following core skills and experience:
-Extensive Programme Management experience within large scale HR initiatives with particular SME knowledge and experience on People Policy
-Experienced in TUPE and more specifically integrations of a smaller business into a larger organisations
-HR Change implementation and Organisations Design experience within the financial services sector
