Our leading financial services client is looking for an experienced senior Programme Manager to work across on a high-profile integration programme spanning HR and People Change.
The role responsibilities include:
- End to end project delivery within HR and People Change, preferably in financial services
- Managing all harmonisation activity within a large-scale programme
- Experience working within a HR or Organisational Design environment will be looked upon favourably
- Progress reporting, risk & issue management, Governance management
- Working collaboratively with a team of SMEs, as well as IT functions
- Design and monitor the end to end delivery plan of a complex project
- Executive level stakeholder management
- Management of large, high preforming teams
The business is looking for a candidate with the following experience:
- 3-5 years Programme Management experience within financial services
- Experience working within a HR project is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Strong people policy/T&Cs knowledge
- Strategic Planning/Forecasting
- Liaising with a variety of senior stakeholders
- Strong clear communication skill set both written and verbal
- Project Management qualification
Whilst this role is offered initially on a 6-month contract, the likelihood to extend into 2018 is strong due to the nature of the programme.
