Global manufacturing client is seeking an experienced CRM Consultant/Business Analyst to join their Corporate Applications team to enhance and maintain multiple CRM environments. Currently, the client is enhancing CRM tools with 3rd party systems such as warranty, marketing automation and data analytics. The CRM Consultant/Business Analyst will be a lead role and primary person responsible for delivering and managing the application.
Duties and responsibilities:
The CRM Consultant/Business Analyst will be responsible for administrating, trouble-shooting and supporting multiple instances of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across a diverse portfolio of businesses. There are several systems that are integrated with CRM including a warranty platform, marketing automation and data analytics tools that require maintenance as well as integration testing. The CRM Consultant/Business Analyst will investigate, close and/or escalate open issues or bugs; help align CRM with 2018 business initiatives and test integrations.
Required minimum qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the CRM Consultant/Business Analyst will rely on previous experience implementing, upgrading, administrating and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
Adding annual goals and sales plans to CRM is required.
Previous experience integrating marketing campaigns, call center operations and data analytics will be helpful.
As a consultant, this role will be client-facing and responsible for the delivery of project requirements.
Client-facing skills are required as this person will work with different members and levels of the client organization. Good written and oral communication skills are important.
