Engagement Manager/XML Integration Analyst - Contract - London
We are partnered with a global E-commerce company who are looking for an Engagement Manager to work directly with integration partners and customers to successfully manage integration projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities of the role
- Work with Sales Engineering to coordinate the integration project kickoffs
- Outline the engagement process with the customer or partner
- Validate test files and offer feedback for compliance
- Load test files and coordinate review sessions with the customer
- Offer suggestions for improving the engagement process
- Work closely with Integration Engineers as technical issues arise during the implementation
- Involve Integration Support appropriately as issues arise post implementation
Essential Skills
- Professional Services/Consulting Experience (2-5 years)
- Project Management Experience (2-5 years)
- Familiar with Internet technologies and protocols (HTTP, SSL, REST, JSON, XML, etc)
- XML experience, specifically validating XML
Desired Skills
- Integration Experience (EAI or B2B)
- Talend integration platform experience
- Salesforce, Jira, XMLSpy experience helpful
