Senior Project Manager / Program Manager / Retail Loyalty / Customer Loyalty / Agile / Change Leadership / CRM / Adobe / Contract / London

£344 per day

11 month contract

I am working with one of the world's leading energy providers as they build a number of new teams centred on customer engagement and loyalty. They are looking to engage with a Retail Loyalty Program Manager on a contract basis to start on the 22nd January and work for the whole of 2018 with them.

The day rate is stuck at £344 per day so please only apply of this works for you.

Retail Loyalty Program Manager Specification:
  • You will be experienced in the field of customer loyalty programmes and customer marketing, including a good understanding of the business systems, processes and data associated with a loyalty programme.
  • A background in a Retail environment would be a significant benefit to the role.
  • Experience in designing and implementing a critical programme to market.
  • Understanding and experience of managing and driving a project through the Agile (Edge) methodology. This would include support refining the backlog, prioritizing the user stories and ensuring collaborative agreement with the delivery team on sprint goals; ensuring the user stories are completed correctly.
  • Change leadership experience
  • A familiarity with CRM and Loyalty solutions (Adobe)
  • Business readiness experience in delivering a complex project.
  • You will be focused on how the client can manage Data Protection in accordance with the Binding Corporate Rules and relevant data feeds to third parties and suppliers - Experience in developing Marketing CVP's in alignment with IT systems and complex technology platforms.
  • The planning and execution of a complex, intricate, interdependent set of changes to client systems and processes which support the Loyalty programme.
  • Passionate about customer experience and able to overcome barriers to deliver a better experience.
  • Effective and energetic shaper and contributor to teams
  • Proactive team member, who is a self-starter and able to contribute quickly.
  • Knowledge of use of data and analytics within a loyalty program, general commercial acumen, business case economics and measurement of KPI's.
