Civil Works SupervisorWe are currently recruiting for our client, a multinational, Europe based, Telecommunications company, to join their project in the Caribbean area.
Position Title: Civil Works Supervisor
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: January 2018
Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors tasks of the customer mobile network; site reparation, tower construction.
- Monitor subcontractors performance regarding documentation of plan dates and execution.
- Perform regular meetings with subcontractors on weekly basis to agree on work plans for the upcoming weeks and review past performance.
- Monitor the execution of planned tasks of the subcontractor.
- Regular reportings to client and management of the project progress status.
- Perform authorization requests and obtain the necessary documents for the implementation of projects.
Qualifications / Skill Required:
- 3+ years of Civil Work experience (monopole tower construction ideally).
- New sites build and existing site adaption experience.
- Site survey knowledge.
- Planning & organization skills, good administration skills & good social skills.
- Very good English.
