Position Title: Adobe Experience Manager Lead

Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into AEM specific implementation specifications designs
- Develops AEM templates, components, and experiences
- Authors content as well as experiences in AEM
- Make changes to AEM site content, assets, and workflow
- Designs and builds components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)
- Diagnoses and solves technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in the IT sector with at least 2 on Adobe Experience Manager projects
- Worked in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment
- Sophisticated knowledge of the more advanced features within Adobe Experience Manager
- Good communication skills and strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Desired experience in the telecommunication industry
