We are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in the Czech Republic.

Position Title: CE / VE Engineer
Position Type: Fixed Employment
Start Date: Feb 2018
Duration: 12 months

Job Requirement:
- Experience in Hardware Design, Component Engineering (CE), Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) activities.
- Experience in components selection and familiar with all type of electronic components.
- Experience in Design Analysis during the selection of components (like cost, availability and technical advantages of various component choices).
- Experience in lab testing, familiar with lab equipment handling.
- Knowledge on PCB Design and relevant standards.
- Should have worked with global customers.
- Knowledge on Building Automation, Security and Fire domain products
- Knowledge on Agency Certification process
- Knowledge on Hardware life cycle, Obsolescence management.
- Knowledge on ECN / ECR / ECO / Change Management process.
- Knowledge of HW product validation – Functional & Electrical tests.
- Knowledge of Environmental testing and standards.
- Knowledge of Safety standards and testing.
