Project Manager - Business Change and TransformationOne of Talent's leading clients is urgently looking for a Project Manager (Business Change and Transformation) for a huge Programme of work in Manchester.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Project and/or Programme Management
- Proven experience in Change Management
- Proven experience in IT Service Management
- Proven experience on large-scale Business and Systems Change Transformation Programmes
- Proven experience in Risk and Issue Management
- Proven experience managing a large number of SME's and Functional Consultants in a matrix management environment
- Experience of implementing significant (£5m plus) change in process, technology and ways of working
- A strong working background in Benefit Realisation
- Proven experience on large-scale Systems Implementations and Systems Configurations
- Proven Planning experience
- A strong working background in Testing including SIT, Systems and Operational Testing
- Prince II Practitioner
- Proven experience in Public Sector environments including Higher Education
