We are a globally distributed development agency that is Social Impact focused with strong Drupal and Open Source roots. We work with the United Nations, global business and global charities as well as governments.We are currently expanding the development team and required 2 new staff to be onboarded within the first half of 2018.
We would love to find passionate techies who can bring positive experience into our team and help lead the company in the aims of creating positive change in the world through technology.
The right candidate will already have sufficient skills but more importantly a thirst for learning and growing within the company. To fit with this approach regular pay reviews will occur to reflect personal growth. A starting salary is not fixed for the long term.

Candidate must haves
Skills based, you have:
3yrs+ Drupal experience
Abilities in, or willingness to move into Full Stack development (js / css / php)
Significant number of commits (or evidence to prove senior experience in coding style and integration with the community)
Evidence of working in Open Source
Evidence of following (or better informing!) best practice development approaches
Fluent using Github / pull requests
Able to work on EU and US clients (GMT+1 & EST time zones)
English speaking to a professional level
Personally, you are:
A team player rather than a solo dev. You know the benefits of pair programming, working together on a task and peer review.
More keen to work with people than just screens.
A student and a teacher, ready to share knowledge among the team and engage others to help educate yourself.

ReactJS / ReactNative / node.js
Drupal 8 experience / Headless Drupal
Drupal 7 experience (to help with migrations)Experience working with Charities / NFPs / NGOs
Experience in test frameworks (Codeception / Behat) and test driven development
Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment tools & techniques
Experience working with Governments
Barcelona or Belarus based. EU or East coast US timezones also considered.
