HRIS Analyst - Workday Integration - Asset Management

London Central

500 per day - 6 months

Only candidates with Workday Configuration Experience will be considered for this role.

Our client is at the forefront of the Asset Servicing industry providing services within Fund Administration, Governance, Custody and Trading.

You will play a key role working with all departments within the business to implement new policies and procedures.

Role Purpose:

  • Author technical specification documents detailing changes undertaken within HR Delivery projects and changes, participate in peer reviews and maintain system specification documents to agreed standards
  • HR Audits and workshops
  • Configuration & development of change across multiple applications and integration systems in the HR systems estate in a controlled and appropriate way, keeping the end user experience front and centre through all stages of the development
  • Experience in UAT & regression system testing
  • Update process & User guides
  • Create and maintain relevant data structures and plans within the Workday System (such as absence, compensation, benefits) including running end to end testing
  • Responsible for data integrity within Workday, including quality, accuracy,
  • Research & assess changes to existing functionality and any new functionality relating to the functional area of support

Must have:

  • Proven experience in Workday HCM plus at least one of the following HCM solutions in a global organisation - Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance
  • Financial Planning Exposure
