1st Line Support Engineer - Belgium (Diegem) - 6 Month rolling - 192 Euros a day - Languages (French and English)

Duration: 6 months, 8 hours/day

- Manage allocated calls from the Service Desk through to completion, updating as required
- Deploy, imaging via SCCM software, replace and maintain the HP/DELL leased PC environment.
- Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors. Report on any third party failure to deliver service.
- Perform on-site and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
-Support additional IT Teams (server/network) with basic skills on site if required.
- Respond to and resolve Antivirus reports of infected clients.
- Understand and apply best practices and standards defined by the IT Infrastructure management team.
- Focus on customer service excellence, provide a professional business-focused approach to the support role.
- Liaise with regional deskside team members in Europe when needed for problem solving.
- Ability to work unsupervised in fast paced, stressful environment in a responsible manner.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills both verbal and written English and native.
