Process Improvement Analyst - Contract - Dublin

6 Month Contract

As a Process Improvement Analyst you will be responsible for;

  • Evolving supplier management process across Key ICT suppliers including standardisation of reporting, KPI's and other supplier performance related metrics
  • Refreshing of current supplier framework including review of supplier categorisation and reporting on compliance to existing processes
  • Establishing and driving supplier commercial process improvement project for PO and Invoicing across key ICT suppliers. This includes identifying recurring process gaps for both suppliers and ICT, identifying and implementing process improvements that can be measured and reported
  • Establishing standardised cost tracking processes for ICT projects and Key opex areas to drive a consistent tracking and planning of supplier spend utilising our recently implemented Project Portfolio management tool where appropriate
  • Establish centralised repository and reporting for KPI reporting across ICT including creation of templates and repeatable processes for periodical maintenance, review and sign off by key stakeholders
