Description
Lead UX Designer required for an innovative city based client.
We are looking for someone to own the shape of the product in a typical user experience (UX) role. We'd expect you to have the same experience as our designers, but also be able to work with our Project Managers to coordinate project requirements into a practical but elegant product and then feed concepts into the Design Team.
You would become the brand guardian, taking the work from a brief and a style guide into new territory design wise and ensuring it stays on message through to delivery. This role will also be client facing from time to time, so being able to talk directly about your work to people who are not familiar with design is key.
Main Responsibilities:
- Become the brand guardian
- Ensure all our messaging stays on brand and is delivered on time.
- Ensure our customer needs are met at all times, whilst balancing this with requirements.
- Coordinate project requirements into practical, elegant product concepts for the design team.

Requirements
- Very strong experience working with design for websites and mobile devices.
- Project lead experience.
- Fluent in the Adobe suite.
- Familiar with JavaScript and CSS libraries so your designs are directly compatible with Front End implementation.
- Used to working with: Sketch/InvisionApp/Zeplin.
- Familiar with JavaScript and Grid systems, and web frameworks libraries so your designs are directly compatible with Front End implementation.

- Interested in new developments in design software.
- Follow current trends and techniques.
- Enjoy illustration and typography.
