  • Expertise on windows 7/8/10 installation and administrations
  • Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues
  • Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
  • Good communication skills
  • Perform the logistics of unpacking and packing of PCs and tracking the count effectively
