Technology Skills: AREV32, MS SQL, VBA, .net
Acts as Point of Contact for the customer managing the AMS activities of Czech Republic by co-ordinating the tasks that need be carried between onsite and offshore.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.) and databases (MS SQL etc.)
Development, analysis and production of complex reports, queries, and data extracts from multiple data sources
Resolving user's functional queries, requirement analysis/gathering and coordination with the tech team.
Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports
Responsible for

. Act as Translator between Offshore and Onsite
Mandatory Skills:
1. Czech citizen/Valid work permit.
2. Good Analytical & Team Building Ability
3. Good understanding of SLA and Performance Metrics
4. Knowledge of Quality and Continuous Improvement Management
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
Good to have Skills:
1. Good Knowledge of Insurance Business processes
2. Flexible to move to Ireland with valid IRE work permit if required
