Description
A large global software company is currently seeking a Transition Manager for an initial 5 month contract based in West Pennant Hills.
The Transition Manager will be responsible for leading a team on Large Projects or significant segment of large complex projects,
Translating customer requirements into formal agreements and plans to culminate in customer acceptance of results, or have acceptance in the targeted market, while meeting business objectives.
To be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager/Transition Manager
- Demonstrate a strong background in managing transitioning from projects to support teams
- Experience around governance, processes, change, demand and reporting
- Must have strong stakeholder management experience - building relationships with other parts of the business as well as vendors
- ITIL background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have valid Australian working rights as my client does not sponsor
