Length: 3 month extendable contract
Languages: English Fluent and French medium or above.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Life Insurance (Wealth Management)
Framework of the mission:
- Join NOE Business Readiness Project Teams; program to change our insurance contract management tool.
- Collaborate with the end customers of the company and more specifically with the TOM project teams (Target Operating Model); project to define and manage the transition plan as part of the new organization of the department operations "
Description of activities:
- Participate in modelling and process optimization for integration with our systems and implementation in our new organization
- Take part in the various activities of the perimeter BR by coordinating with all actors
- Collaborate in defining requirements for the integration of our processes in our system s
- Follow the developments related to the project management,
- Realize training materials, possibly train users
- Accompany the profession in change (NOE and TOM)
Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Significant experience in Business Process Engineering and Change Management
- Experience in projects with a strong business challenge
- Ideally training BAC +5 (engineering school or university) with significant experience as a business analyst.
- Good ability to understand different contexts
- Experience in >counselling 10 years
- Knowledge of the field of insurance would be an asset; domains of Wealth Management (with knowledge of dedicated or collective internal funds) & Retail
